    Let each parcel reach the pickup window. Stop and restart the powered line when needed.

    Seat it. Read it. Check it.

    Align the parcel in the close-fitting nest. Release, capture the scanner image, and correct the placement if necessary.

    Choose the right destination

    Repair, return to maker, or manual review for an unreadable label. Leave every parcel released and stable.

Passing requires arrival on the conveyor, pickup inside the window, a valid seated scan and stable release in the correct tray. The empty line must stop. These are two recorded trials after development, not a reliability benchmark.
